The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests, which made our stay much more enjoyable.

The room could have benefitted from better shelving and storage, as we had to use our suitcases for organizing our belongings.

The room was a nice size, compact but comfortable, with a great bathroom and excellent air conditioning, vital during my stay. The location is fantastic, just a few blocks from Kanda station, making it easy to explore the city. Amenities like tea and bath salts available daily added a lovely touch.

The bed was a bit hard for my taste.

The location was incredible. very well connected to Tokyo's main areas, and the staff were genuinely friendly, creating a cozy atmosphere for my stay.

Although I enjoyed my experience, the air conditioning was underwhelming at times, not providing the comfort I hoped for during hotter moments.

I loved that the hotel is just a short walk away from Kanda station, making it super easy to visit amazing places like the Imperial Palace East Garden, which is less than 2 km away, and Ueno Park, where I enjoyed a lovely stroll amidst nature and beautiful scenery.

Decent breakfast featuring local cuisine and a good variety of choices made mornings more energizing. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport nearby.

The small double room's bed measured just 130cm in width, proving uncomfortable for two adults over four nights. On a longer stay, the small dimensions of the room can feel quite cramped, limiting your space to unwind. Importantly, the hotel lacks proper management of smoking issues, leading to stale, smoky air in the hallways that seeps under room doors. This could easily turn an otherwise pleasant stay into a troublesome experience, especially for non-smokers.

I almost thought this place would be decent, but the air conditioning was absolutely terrible. it barely functioned! Plus, the room was so small, I felt like I was in a closet. I would have expected a complimentary bottle of water for all the trouble, but I guess that’s just too much to ask here.

Super convenient location, super close to Kanda station and just one stop from Tokyo station! Rooms were modern and clean. I loved the variety of toiletries available. Staff were friendly and super accommodating 😊.

Great central location near Kanda and Otemachi stations made it easy to explore Tokyo. Enjoyed the clean room and excellent shower facilities. The breakfast was a fantastic deal, offering a good variety for a low price. However, the room felt cramped at times.
